Yeah... sounds like a good reason to leave college to me. I have considered taking a year off between this year and next year to do humanitarian work in a foreign country for a while. I wonder if they would hold my scholarship?
In response to your comment: I am glad that I could finally make running my own. It feels really good. I am starting to expand that, though, to triathlon training... lol. I have also found a new fascination with bike riding. And I used to swim competitively, but I am just taking it up again. In fact my PE for school is swim conditioning. Move to CA and we can bike together. There are great places to do it around here.
